Notes: I have not seen this series, but a friend told me about this gray-haired guy in it, so I had to investigate ^_~ Master Gear is a pretty typical two-episode villain who is rather obsessed with time.
His hair is rather.. poofy, but just check out that one screenshot of him in his bed, with his hair all down and lovely-looking O_O
